摘  要:随着社会快速发展,教师面临教学提高、专业能力更新还有生存的双重压力。教师是人类灵魂的工程师,担负教书育人的重要责任,首先应该是有思想有幸福感的人,如何在以人为本的环境制度下探索文化自觉与幸福感的关系,教师如何获得人本主义文化自觉功能下的幸福,是值得我们探索的。With the rapid development of society,teachers are faced with teaching to improve professional ability,industry update and survival of dual pressure. The teacher is the engineer of the human soul,shoulder the important responsibility in teaching and educating people,first of all should have the idea of happy people,how to explore the relationship between the cultural consciousness and the sense of happiness in the people-oriented environment system,teachers how to obtain the function of humanism in cultural consciousness of happiness,is worth exploring.
