摘　　要：文章以北京城市学院浦发银行实验班为例,通过所列举调研数据说明校企合作特色班级在提升学生的职业素养、培养专业知识、学习职业技能、端正服务心态等方面具有巨大优势。认为特色班级学生不仅可以缩短求职路径、优先在合作企业就业,而且在同行业其他企业求职中具有优势,学生也可以及时调整就业方向。提出校企合作特色班级可以实现校、企、学生三方共赢,对于促进学生就业具有重大作用。Based on the BCU-SPD BANK Cooperation Class, the article illustrates the importance of such class in improving students＇ professionalism, not only can reduce employment link, p in adjustin school, en g employment directions. Such sch professional knowledge, vocational skill and service attitude romote employment in other banks, but also can help students ool-enterprise cooperation class can win tripartite benefits in terprises and students, and play a major role in improving employment.
