论大学生就业质量与加入党组织的相关性——基于广州三所高等职业院校的实证研究

摘　　要：就业质量是反映整个就业过程中劳动者与生产资料结合,并取得劳动报酬或收入的具体状况优劣程度的综合性范畴,其内容涵盖工作性质、聘用条件、工作环境、社会保障、劳动关系等五方面。高校应在促进大学生充分就业的基础上,推动大学生就业质量的提高。本研究以广州三所高等职业院校为样本,采取整群抽样调查法获得有效数据,并与数十家用人单位进行深度访谈。结果表明,大学生的就业质量与加入党组织呈正相关。在此基础上,从毕业生党员自身优势、综合素质、用人单位的现实需要等主客观因素对调查结果展开论证。The quality of employment reflects the combination of the labors and means of production in the process of employment, the comprehensive category of the good and bad degrees of rewards or wages. It covers the five aspects like work quality, employment standards, working environment, social guarantee and labor relations. Universities and colleges should push forward the improvement of employment quality of the university students. The study took the three vocational colleges in Guangzhou In, adopted the cluster sampling survey method to obtain valid data, and in-depth interviewed with dozens of units. The results showed that the employment quality had a positive correlation with joining CPC. On the basis this paper proved the result from the subjunctive and objective elements in aspects of the advantages of CPC-member graduates, comprehensive quality and realistic demands of the recruiting units.
