摘　　要：研究型大学的特色发展,需要认真分析并积极应对时代以及行业结构的变化,面对新的机遇和挑战,及时制定科学的发展规划,以促进教学质量的提高和学生结构的合理性。通过加强质量监督体制、培养教师队伍、促进学生就业等有力措施,突出特色学科,并与其他学科协调发展,进一步促进特色发展。The characteristic development of researching university, need to analyze and actively respond to the changes in the structure, facing the new opportunities and challenges, making a specified scientific development planning in order to improve the teaching quality and maintain the students to a rational structure is indeedly, on the other hand, it will be benefiting to strengthen the quality supervision system, training of teachers, promoting student employment. Developing the characteristics of the subject coordinate with other disciplines.
