摘  要:目的:总结责任护士在阶段性教学法临床护理带教中的作用。方法:将2009年至2011年60例临床实习的护生,随机分成对照组和观察组,观察组采用有责任护士参与带教的阶段性教学法带教,对照组采用没有责任护士参与的一对一跟轮班护士教学法带教,出科时以护士长、带教护士为主,其他护士为辅对2组护生的总体素质测评分值作比较。结果:护士长和带教老师测评的观察组护生综合素质评分(86174?2162,89157?3164)高于对照组(68151?2143和76192?5156),(P<0105)。结论:责任护士参与临床护生带教,有利于护生综合素质的提高,对护生实习质量的影响具有举足轻重的作用。[ Objective] To sum up the role of duty nurses in the phase teaching method in clinical nursing teaching. [Method] 60 nursing students as interns in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group has the duty nurses involved in teaching stage, h the control group, no duty nurses involved but taught one by one with the shift nurses. [ Reatlt] the average score graded by head nurse and duty nut,s were 86.74 ±2.62 and 89. 57 ±3.64 in observation group, while 68.51 ±2.43 and 76.92 ±5.56 in control group ( P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] duty nurses attending in clinical teaching plays a important role in enhancing comprehensive quality of nursing students.
