摘　　要：群体性考试舞弊是考试舞弊行为的重要表现形式之一,因其涉及范围广、社会影响大、危害程度高,给考试的组织管理带来极大的挑战。本文重点探讨群体性考试舞弊者的动机及成因,并提出正负两方面的干预措施。深化公众对群体性考试舞弊的认识,为考试管理机构防范和处置群体性舞弊提供一定的理论指导。Group cheating is one of the major incidents in examination. It brings about great challenges to examination authorities for its wide involvement, negative social influence and hazard of rightness. This paper aims at the motives and inducements in group cheaters and comes up with positive and negative countermeasures with them, which will be helpful to deepen understanding of group cheating, and, in theoretic aspects, instructive for examination authorities to take proper strategies in advance as well as to handle the concerned issues afterwards.
