摘 要:雇员工资合约是企业合约集的重要组成部分,其完备性与雇员劳动权益密切相关。雇员工资合约的固有属性表明支撑其完备性的"数据模型"与企业参与的其他合约是存在差异的。从雇员劳动权益保护、企业劳动关系稳定乃至社会和谐的视角观察,有必要对基于工资集体谈判机制下的雇员工资合约所涉及的"数据模型"进行探究,并进而究其在工资集体谈判中的实务应用进行关注。The employee wage contract is an important part of enterprise contract sets, its completeness is closely related to the labor rights and interests of employees. The inherent nature of employee salary contract shows that there exist differences between the "data model" supporting its completeness and other contract of businesses participating in. Viewing from employees" labor rights and interests" protection, enterprise labor relations stability and social harmony, it is necessary to explore the "data model" involved in employee salary contract based on the mechanism of collective wage negotiations, and further pay for attention to the practical application in wage collective bargaining.
