摘  要:【目的】研究油莎豆叶片中的乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(Acetyl-CoA carboxylase,ACC)的活性变化以及游离脂肪酸含量变化,以及二者的相关性。【方法】对来自不同地区、不同类型的油莎豆进行种植,利用植物乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)酶联免疫分析(ELISA)试剂盒和植物(Plant)游离脂肪酸(FFA)ELISA检测试剂盒测定其五个生育阶段(苗期、分蘖前期、分蘖期、分蘖后期、成熟期)叶片中乙酰辅酶A羧化酶活性以及油莎豆叶片中游离脂肪酸含量,并进行相关性分析。【结果】不同品种油莎豆叶片中乙酰辅酶A羧化酶活性的变化趋势未见一致规律性,不同品种油莎豆叶片中游离脂肪酸含量的变化也未见一致的规律性;乙酰辅酶A羧化酶活性与游离脂肪酸含量却呈现极显著或显著正相关关系。【结论】不同品种油莎豆叶片中乙酰辅酶A羧化酶的活性无确定范围,无一致的规律性,油莎豆叶片中乙酰辅酶A羧化酶的活性大小对游离脂肪酸合成的含量高低具有一定的作用。[ Objective ] In order to study the changes of acetyl - CoA carboxylase activity, the content of free fatty acids of Cyperus esculentus, and the correlation between them [ Method ] The Cyperus esculentus was planted in experiment fields in different regions. The plant ACC, ELISA Kit and plant FFA ELISA Kit were used measure the activity of acetyl - CoA carboxylase and the content of free fatty acids of leaves at five growth stages ( seedlings and tillering up - front issue, tiller, tiller post, mature) and the relativity of them was ana- lyzed as well. [ Result] The activities of acetyl - CoA carboxylase and free fatty acid content had no consistent regularity in leaves of the different varieties of Cyperus esculentus. The active of acetyl - CoA carboxylase and the content of free fatty acids rendered very significant positive correlation or significant positive correlation.The correlative relationship between acetyl - CoA carboxylase activity and free fatty acids content was ob- tained. [ Conclusion] The activity of acetyl - CoA carboxylase in leaves of different varieties of Cyperus esculen- tus have uncertainty range and no regularity. The activity of acetyl - CoA carboxylase plays an important role in increasing the content of free fatty acid in the leaves of chufa.
