摘　　要：口译是一项极具挑战性的工作,并非人人适合,掌握了口译潜能因素,才能高效地选拔培养口译人才。从情商、性别、性格、双脑型等四个非智力性因素来分析其和口译潜能的关系,从而提出一套口译人才选拔和培养方法,填补了该领域研究的空白。Interpretation is challenging job. Not everyone is qualified for being an interpreter. It is necessary to find interpretation potential factors so as to enhance the efficiency in deciding potential interpretation talents. To fill up the theory blank, the paper will explore the relationship between interpretation and EQ, gender, personality and symmetric laterality. Based on this, a more effective way of locating and cultivating interpretation talents will be reached.
