江苏农业高等职业教育生源危机与对策探究

摘　　要：江苏高中阶段教育招生人数和在校生人数的逐年减少,以及江苏在高职院校中开始实施的注册入学制度,对弱质性的农业高等职业教育的发展造成的生源数量减少和生源质量下降的危机,已成为全社会共同关注的热点问题。通过对生源危机的表现、生源危机对江苏农业高等职业教育带来的正反两方面影响因素的分析,理性地提出了具体、实用、具有可操作性的对策建议。In Jiangsu province, the decreasing number of high school education enrollment and the students in school, as well as the implementation of vocational colleges enrollment system, brings about the crisis that the number and quality of students of agricultural higher vocational education is declining, which has become a hot issues with social common concern. Based on the analysis of performance of student source crisis, and the positive and negative factors the crisis brings to Agricultural Higher Vocational Education, the article rationally put forward specific, practical and operational countermeasures.
