摘  要:为提高士官教学质量、加速培养高素质士官人才,针对士官学员的特点,探析了在军事理论知识课程教学中采取的理论讲授、问题启发、案例牵引、问题前导、小班互动、专题讨论、开放拓展等七种教学方法.教学实践表明,这七种教学方法是行之有效的,为今后士官任职教育理论教学提供了借鉴.In order to improve the teaching quality of non-commissioned officer cadets and speed up training the sergeant talents with high quality, based on the features of sergeant cadets, this article focuses on seven sorts of methods for the course teaching of military theory, which includes theoretical instruction, enlightening the questions, drawing out the cases, leading the problems, interaction of small class, having a panel discussion, opening and its expansion and etc. Teaching practice shows that those seven methods presented are feasible, which offers an reference for theoretical teaching of sergeants in-service education from now on.
