摘　　要：当前,我国高职生教育与管理存在主体分离、内容分离、课内课外分离、校内校外分离等问题。高职院校应围绕高职教育的一般属性,从内容、方式、主体、保障等方面进行高职生导师制理论设计;通过构建导学平台,加强制度与组织建设等实践策略,使高职生导师制成为高职院校教育质量提升的有效策略。At present, in the education and management of students of higher vocational colleges in China there exist such problems as the separations of the subject, the content, the curricular and extracurricular, and inside and outside school. Higher vocational colleges should revolve around the general attributes of higher vocational education and design the tutorial-system theory for students of higher vocational colleges in such aspects as content, method and guarantee; strengthen the construction of such practical strategies as institutions and organizations by building the learning-guided platform in order to make the tutorial system become the effective strategy of improving the educational quality in higher vocational colleges.
