摘  要:高校思想政治理论课所具有的课程内容的政治性、教学活动的统一性和教师队伍的多样性等特点,使得集体备课成为提升教师教学水平和改进思想政治理论课教学效果的必然选择。在充分了解和分析教学对象的基础上,对教学内容和教学方法进行深入探讨与相互借鉴,是高校思想政治理论课集体备课的主要内容。高校可通过成立机构、确定制度以及形成成果的方式建立长效机制,以实现高校思想政治理论课集体备课的可持续发展。The ideological and political theory course in university is" characterized by politics in the course content, the unity in teaching activities and the diversity in teachers, which makes the collective lesson-preparing an inevitable choice to improve the teaching level and effect of ideological and political theory course. Based on the full understanding and analysis of students, it is the major content of the collective lesson-preparing of ideological and po- litical theory courses to probe into and learn mutually from the teaching contents and teaching methods. Universities can achieve the sustainable development of the collective lesson-preparing of ideological & political theory course by establishing a long-term mechanism through setting up institutions and system and developing fruits.
