摘 要:通过对北京青年政治学院"90后"文科高职大学生的学习动机进行全样本调查,结果显示:在学习动机认知上,"90后"文科高职大学生普遍首选关注自身成长、关注自我发展,其次是由近及远选择自己——父母——国家;在外源性学习动机上,"90后"文科高职大学生在条件和政策中,优先选择条件;在学习管理政策中,优先选择鼓励性政策;在内源性学习动机方面,"90后"文科高职大学生依据兴趣爱好选择专业的比例居第一;对专业兴趣的调查结果呈"两头少、中间多"的橄榄形。高职院校应充分做好提高"90后"文科高职大学生学习兴趣的相关工作。Through the full sample survey of the learning motivation of students of liberal arts in the generation after 90s in Beijing Youth Politics College, the results showed that in the cognitive learning motivation, the students of liberal arts in the generation after 90s in higher vocational colleges pay first attention to their own growth and progress, followed by the near and far to choose their own-parents-nation; in the exogenous motivation, the students make the priority selection of conditions between conditions and policies; in the learning management policy, they prefer to choose the encouraging policy; in the endogenous learning motivation, the student make first choice of profession with the ratio ranking firs according to their interests and hobbies; findings by investigating their professional interests show an olive shape with "less on two ends and more in the middle". Therefore, higher vocational colleges should try their best to do something to improve the learning motivation of the students.
