摘　　要：在幼儿园教学活动中,教学目标决定着教学活动的基本价值取向和性质。幼儿教师正确理解、把握和达成教学活动目标是保证幼儿园教学活动质量的重要基础。达成教学活动目标,教师深入理解幼儿园教学活动目标是前提,准确分解各年龄阶段目标是关键,科学表述教学活动目标是基点,有效融合外在形式与理性价值是核心,重视隐性目标是难点。In the nursery teaching, the teaching objectives determine the basic value orientation and nature of teaching. It is an important foundation to ensure the teaching quality in nursery that preschool teachers correctly un- derstand, grasp and achieve teaching goals. To achieve teaching objective, the teachers＇ in-depth understanding of the objective is a prerequisite, the accurate decomposition of objectives of all ages is a key, the scientific representation of teaching objectives is basis, the effective integration of external form and rational value is a core and the emphasis on implicit goal is a difficulty.
