摘 要:建立了安培检测-离子色谱法测定食品中的三氯蔗糖的方法。食品中三氯蔗糖经超纯水超声提取后,采用CarboPac PA20阴离子交换分析柱(150mm×3mm)将食品中的三氯蔗糖与干扰离子进行分离后导入安培检测器(金电极)进行检测。安培检测器对三氯蔗糖的选择性高,灵敏度比常规的液相色谱法视差检测器提高约100倍。方法的线性范围为0.05 10.0mg/L,相关系数为0.9996,检出限为2.5mg/kg。样品加标回收率在90.1%105.3%之间,回收率相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=6)在4.9%以下。该方法简单、灵敏、操作成本低,可用于不同基质食品中三氯蔗糖的检测。An ion chromatography method with amperometric detection was developed for the determination of sucralose in food.Sucralose was ultrasonic extracted by ultra-pure water.Sucralose and ultrasonic interfering ions were separated by CarboPac PA20 anion exchange analytical column (150 mm × 3 mm),the amperometric detector (gold electrode) was used.The amperometric detector has higher selectivity for sucralose and sensitivity is increased about 100 times to conventional liquid chromatography parallax detector.The linear range was 0.05 to 10.0 mg/L.The correlation coefficient was 0.9996,and the limit of detection was 2.5mg/kg.The recoveries for sucralose ranged from 90.5 % to 105.3 % at three spiked concentrations with the relative standard deviation (RSDs) lower than 4.9 %.The method is simple,sensitive and low cost.It has been successfully used in the determination of sucralose in food.
