摘　　要：离开体制,到体制外执业的医师们,未必一定是走向了"美丽新世界"。背靠体制,面朝市场是医师们一种稳妥的生存方式。当医师决意于技术和资本联姻时,就需辞掉公职,放弃体制的庇护。而资本的强悍与急功近利导致了资本羽翼下医师执业理想的式微。The doctors who are out of system will inevitably facing some new problems. It should be a safer method for doc- tors to survive by relying on the system and facing the market. Once the doctors determine to let technology marry capital, they had to abandon the protection from system.
