砂土铣刨机螺旋滚筒载荷波动理论研究及参数优化

摘　　要：螺旋滚筒载荷波动最小是砂土铣刨机整机设计的一贯追求,通过设定有效的约束条件,使用Matlab软件中的minRosen函数对表征螺旋滚筒载荷波动性大小的目标函数进行了优化。与优化前相比,优化后的螺旋滚筒结构参数使得其载荷波动系数有了显著降低,其中螺旋滚筒所受x、y向的分力和阻力矩的载荷波动系数分别降低了0.269 8、0.164和0.178 8,优化结果对砂土铣刨机整机的设计完善提供了一定的借鉴作用。The least numerical value of the load fluctuation of helix cylinder is the aim in the design of sandstone planer,In this paper a set of restriction is set up and the objective function for characterizing the size of the load fluctuation of helix cylinder is optimized by Matlab/minRosen.The results show that the new configuration of helix cylinder decraoses the coefficient of load fluctuation in evidently.The coefficients of load fluctuation for component forces in the direction of x,y and the resistance momant decrease 0.269 8、0.164 and 0.178 8 respectively.The optimization results provide reference for the whole improvement of sandstone planer.
