摘　　要：高校与企业合作培养人才是世界各国进行高等教育改革的一个主要趋势,也是未来我国人才培养的发展方向。本文提出一种新型的校企合作人才培养模式——以攻关项目为纽带的校企合作培养人才模式,并就这一模式的内涵特征、运行模式、管理框架进行阐述,同时剖析该模式运行推广过程中存在的主要问题及提出政策建议,以促进其有效运行。Talent training in school-enterprise cooperation is a major trend in the higher education reform and development over the world, which is also the future direction of the development of talent training in China. By analyzing the problems faced by school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training, this paper proposes the primary principles that talent cultivation in school-enterprise cooperation should follow, explores the effective operation mode of school-enterprise cooperation, and finally offers suggests about legal norms, policy support, organization and coordination.
