摘　　要：雅安职业技术学院坚持以就业为导向,以服务为宗旨,主动适应市场,主动贴近企业,构建并完善了"学校育才、学生成才、企业用才"的"三才"有机结合人才培养模式,根据专业技术人才培养目标和岗位要求,校企共同制订人才培养方案、课程标准、教学管理文件和质量评价制度,调动学校、企业和学生三方的积极性和主动性。In recent years, Ya＇ an Vocational and Technical College persisted in employment-oriented, took service as the tenet, and closely depended on the opportunities and advantages of rapid development of Ya＇ an, and built and optimized the talent cultivation model closely combining school education, students becoming talents and effective utilisation of tal- ents in enterprises facing to market and enterprise, which greatly mobilized the initiatives and positivity of schools, enter- prises and students.
