摘 要:目的了解西城区学生营养餐用餐现状以及改进需求,为政府制定营养干预策略,防控学生超重肥胖和营养不良提供科学依据。方法在北京市西城区143所中小学校中开展学生午餐用餐、供餐情况调查;在3所学校600名学生和568名家长中开展学生午餐满意度及其营养相关知识态度行为调查。结果分别有53.5%,43.5%学生午餐就餐方式为外送餐、食堂,其平均用时分别为2.1,0.8 h。在学生剩饭菜种类中,素菜剩饭比例最高,其次为主食剩饭。分别有20.1%,26.7%学生认为午餐口味、荤素搭配比较好或者非常好。女生吃完午餐比例低于男生。53.2%家长希望由学校食堂提供午餐。结论外送餐用时较长,学校食堂缺少营养师,均要进一步改进;学生、教师、家长均需要增强营养知识培训,在教师监督和家长指导帮助下,培养学生良好饮食习惯。Objective To study the situation of student nutrition lunch and improving demand in Xicheng District of Beijing,to provide the scientific basis of formulating the nutrition intervention strategies and controlling obesity and malnutrition for the government.Methods The survey of students' nutrition lunch was conducted among 143 primary and secondary schools in Xicheng District.The satisfaction of student nutrition lunch and nutrition-related knowledge,attitude and behavior was investigated among 600 students and 568 parents in 3 schools.Results Respectively 53.5% and 43.5% students had lunch from outside or canteen,and averagely spent 2.1 h and 0.8 h for dinner.In the leftover food species,vegetarian food was the highest proportion,and followed by the staple food.There were 20.1% and 26.7% of student considered taste and collocation as relatively good or very good.The proportion of eating all the lunch in girls were less than that in boys.About 53.2% of parents wanted the school canteen to provide lunch for the students.Conclusion Outside the room with a longer time,school canteen lacked nutritionists,needed to be further improved.Students,teachers,and parents need to enhance training in knowledge of nutrition.With teacher supervision and the guidance of parents,it is necessary to help students forming healthy eating habits.
