摘　　要：了解湖南省高校高水平短跑运动员的营养知识、态度及饮食行为(营养KAP),评价营养教育的效果,为开展高校高水平短跑运动员营养教育提供依据。采用自编调查问卷,对32名湖南省高校高水平短跑运动员进行营养KAP调查。结果表明,湖南省高校高水平短跑运动员营养知识认知水平较低,营养态度较好,但营养行为存在较多不合理之处。应尽快加强运动员的营养知识教育、强化教练员的专业营养知识培训。Due to know the high performance sprinters in universities nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice（KAP） in Hunan Province ,it would provide them nutrition guidance and security work. It was chosen as Hunan some high performance sprinter as objects, the survey was carried out using nutritional KAP questionnaire self-designed. The cognitive level about nutrition knowledge is relatively poor, the nutrition attitude is good, the nutritional behavior has many shortcomings, for these high performance sprinters. It was suggested that the education about nutrition knowledge should be strengthened, the coaches should be trained for specialized nutrition knowledge as soon as possible.
