摘　　要：食品中的农药残留是影响人们身体健康的一个重要的因素。由于气质联用检测技术具有快速、简单、准确等特点,因此被广泛应用于各类食品农药残留检测。文章综述食品中主要农药残留的类别、气质检测技术的优点及其在检测各类食品中的应用,同时展望该技术在检测食品中残留的前景。People＇s health is seriously damaged by pesticide residues in food. GC MS detecting technology was widely used in the inspec tion of pesticide residues in various types of food, since it is fast, simple, accurate. The main types of pesticide residues in food, the advantage of GC MS detecting technology and the application in the detection of various types of food were reviewed. The trends of GC MS detecting technology were also discussed.
