摘 要:采用分层抽样和随机抽样方法,对贵州8所院校的体育教育和社会体育两个专业大一到大三的部分学生进行营养知识与饮食行为的问卷调查。结果表明:学生营养知识知晓率和合格率较低,运动营养基础知识知晓率和合格率较高,且高年级优于低年级;学生存有不合理的饮食行为及营养知识与饮食行为相脱节等现象。针对该研究结果,提出:在贵州高校体育专业增设运动营养学课程,采取多种形式对学生进行营养知识的教育、宣传和饮食行为的指导等建议。Based on the methods of stratified sampling and random sampling, the questionnaire survey, which designed for the information about nutrition knowledge and dietary behavior, was conducted a- mong college students who majoring in physical education and social sports and coming from 8 universi- ties in Guizhou province except the seniors. The results showed:that their awareness rate about nutri- tion knowledge is unqualified and low , while in basic knowledge of sports nutriology, the awareness rate is better and high, and the juniors has a higher rate than the other two groups;The findings also indicated that the respondents have unreasonable dietary behavior and dietary behavior often slip out of nutrition knowledge. In order to solve the problem mentioned above, the author suggests:that sports nutrition should be a course added to the program for students majoring in physical education and social sports in Guizhou , and different ways should be adopted to give more result guidance in their nutrition- al knowledge and dietary behavior.
