摘　　要：高等院校装备制造业人才培养现状的不尽完善之处在拔尖创新人才培养中已经显现,在一定程度上制约着我国装备制造业的发展,影响学生对于知识、能力、创新意识和职业素养等方面的获取和培养。以实践育人为主线、知行统一为指导、能力培养为目标,整合了黑龙江科技学院的现有资源,重构了课程体系,实行了开放式教育,完善了校企合作机制,提升了师资队伍水平,探索了装备制造业拔尖创新人才培养途径,提升了学生的专业技能和职业素养,为我国装备制造业输送了优秀人才。It has been appeared that the original equipment manufacturing talents in colleges and universities are imperfect in top-notch innovative talents training . To a certain degree , the appearances restrict the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in China and influence the way of students for getting and forming ,such as knowledge ,ability ,innovative consciousness and professional quality .The main lines are practice and education .It must make the balance of ability training as the goal .To pass the outstanding talents of equipment manufacturing industry , the colleges and universities should integrate the existing resources , reconstruct the curriculum system , carry out the open-education , improve the cooperation of schools and enterprises ,promote the abilities of teacher-teams and professional skills and qualities ,and explore the mode on top-notch innovative talents training .
