关于提升低年级大学生党员领导力的实践探索——以浙江大学求是学院蓝田学园为例

摘　　要：随着我国高校积极推进本科教育体制改革,创新教育人才培养模式,高校低年级学生党员培养工作面临新的机遇与挑战。基于大类培养、通识教育模式下的低年级大学生党员的领导力培养模式亟需探索。该文以浙江大学求是学院蓝田学园一、二年级大学生党员骨干为例,通过组织联姻,搭建学园-学院(系)党支部对接共建活动,延续"相约星期五"新四军教育基地活动,推出党支部服务岗,基地建设,实践服务,拓宽分党校培训,提升学生党员骨干领导力,积极探索实践适合低年级大学生党员的领导力培养模式。With universities in China actively promoting the reform of undergraduate education system,and renovating education personnel training mode,the training of undergraduate Party members are confronted with new opportunities and challenges.Based on large--category--oriented training and general education mode,the leadership developing mode of undergraduate Party members needs further exploration.The object of the study was based on the freshman and sophomore Party member cadres in Lantian Academy,Qiushi College,Zhejiang University.We are building co--construction activities with academy--college （department） the party branch,continuing＂ Meeting on Friday＂--the New Fourth Army education base activities, launching the Party branch service posts, base construction and practice services,broadening the Party school training,in order to improve leadership of student Party member cadres,and actively explore and practice suitable leadership training mode for junior college student Party menbers.
