体育高职院校竞技体育后备人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：针对如何解决运动员的教育与竞训非均衡发展的问题,提出高职院校"十四年一贯制"竞技体育后备人才培养创新模式。数据收集采用了比较分析法、文献资料法,调查访问法以及专家访谈法:数据则根据研究目的进行定性或定量分析。经过讨论与分析得出以下结论,"十四年一贯制"竞技体育后备人才培养模式是不同于普通中小学教育和普通高职教育的一种特殊教育模式,它在文化基础教育、专项运动训练和职业技能培训"三位一体"协调发展的基础上,将职业教育理念和手段融入竞技体育后备人才培养过程,有效地解决了运动员退训、退役时的后顾之忧,使竞技体育后备人才的培养走上良性发展的道路,为竞技体育后备人才的培养方式和途径提供了切实可行的实施方案和步骤,也为我国竞技体育的可持续发展提供一种途径或思路,有较高的应用价值和实践指导意义。The purpose of the study is to deal with the unbalanced development between education and sports training by putting forward the ＂14 - years-construct＂ innovative training mode for reserved elite athletes. Data has been collected through the methods of comparative, survey, in-depth interview and literature, both qualitative and quantitative analysis have been applied. After discussion and analysis the following conclusions have been made, the＂ 14 - years-construct＂ training mode for reserved elite athletes seems to be different from the modes of the ordinary primary, secondary school and higher vocational education. It is a kind of a unique education mode that is based on the integration to the basic education, sport training and vocational training as so-called a ＂trinity＂ mode. On the basis of such, the ideas and mechanisms of vocational education have been integrated with the training process of reserved elite athletes, so that it can effectively resolve the encountered retirement problem of elite athletes, there-fore resulting in the sound development for training reserved elite athletes. As the conclusion, the means and ways of the training mode have then provided the feasible implementing scheme, steps and also the ways and thoughts for the sustainable development of elite sports in China. Moreover, the proposed training mode is likely to have higher application values and the significance of practical guiding.
