摘 要:小型履带车主要用于物资自装卸、堆垛和短途搬运,因为其大部分工作时间均在水平路面上行驶,水平路面行驶时各项参数的好坏直接影响履带车的工作稳定性和可靠性。通过在RecurDyn/Track LM环境下仿真履带车在水平路面的行驶工况,测量驱动轮的驱动转矩,将测量结果与理论计算值进行比较,检验选取的发动机是否满足使用要求,得到水平路面最高行驶速度、履带车整机重心在竖直方向上的振动位移和振动加速度曲线,由此来评价履带车的行驶平顺性及可靠性。该分析结果对小型履带车的优化设计具有重要的指导意义。The small tracked vehicle is mainly used for materi- al automatic loading and unloading, stacking and short handling, because most of its work time is driving on the lever-plane, the pa- rameters have a direct impact on the working stability and reliability of the tracked vehicle. The running condition of tracked vehicle driving on the lever-plane through the environment of RecurDyn/ Track LM was simulated, the driving wheel' s drive torque was measured, the drive torque was compared with the theoretical calcu lation in order to test the selected engine whether meet the require- ments or not. The max velocity of traveling on the lever-plane, the vertical vibration displacement of the whole machine' s center and acceleration of the whole machine' s center curves were obtained, then the tracked vehicle' s driving smoothness and reliability was e- valuated. The results have certain significance for the tracked vehi- cle of its optimization design.
