留守儿童心理弹性与心理健康的关系研究  

On the Relationship Between Left-at-home Rural Children's Resilience and Mental Health

摘　　要：运用青少年心理韧性量表(HKRA)、青少年自评生活事件量表(ASLEC)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和中国中学生心理健康量表(MMHI)对523名农村留守儿童进行调查,考察心理弹性、生活事件、社会支持与心理健康之间的关系。结果发现:(1)生活事件、社会支持、心理弹性和心理健康之间两两显著相关。(2)心理弹性在生活事件与心理健康间调节效应显著,心理弹性可以有效缓解不利生活事件的消极影响。(3)心理弹性在社会支持与心理健康间有显著的调节效应。在低生活事件的情境下,心理弹性可以增强社会支持的保护作用;在高生活事件的情境下,心理弹性一定程度上减弱社会支持的保护性作用。This study aims to explore the model for the relationship between resilience, life events, social support and mental health, by surveying 523 rta＇al children left at home by their parents seeking employment in cities with the Healthy Kids Resilience Assessment （HKRA） Scale, the Adolescents Self-Rating Life Events Checklist （ASLEC）, the Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）, and the Mental Health Inventory of Middle-school Students （MMHI）. The results show the following： there is a significant correlation between these children＇s life events, social support, resilience and mental health; resilience has a significant mediating effect on the relation- ship between their life events and mental health, as well as between the social support of them and their mental health; resilience, life events and social support have an effect on their mental health through interactions.
