摘　　要：随着社会对大学生英语应用能力要求的提高,大学英语教学面临着更大的挑战。作为一门公共基础必修课,大学英语本身的特点也使得大学英语教师必须从各方面不断提高。然而,大学英语教师的个人力量有限,无法应对所有挑战。因此,大学英语教学团队建设势在必行。这对于深化大学英语教学改革和提高大学英语教学质量有重要意义。本文从分析大学英语教学团队的含义入手,来探讨大学英语教学团队建设的重要性和目标,最后提出相应策略。With the community requirements to college English proficiency increase, the college English teaching is facing greater challenges. As a common basis for compulsory English, its own characteristic also makes college English teachers should constantly improve all aspects. However, college English teacher＇s personal power is limited, cannot cope with all the challenges. Therefore, the college English teaching team building imperative. This deepening college English teaching re- form and improve the quality of college English teaching has an important significance. This paper analyzes the meaning of college English teaching team start to explore college English teaching the importance of team building and objectives, and finally put forward the corresponding policies.
