论体验式教学在大学生心理健康课程教学中的应用

摘　　要：普适性的心理健康教育课程已成为高校宣传心理健康知识,进行心理健康教育的主渠道,为增强学生的自我心理保健意识和心理危机预防意识,提高心理素质,促进学生健康成长提供了有力保障。如何改进心理健康课程教学,实现"过程与方法、知识与技能、情感态度与价值观"的课程目标的三维统一,体验式教学的理论与方法为解决这一问题提供了有效的参考。Universal mental health education has become the main channel of university knowledge of mental health advocacy, mental health education; to enhance students＇ self-awareness of mental health and psychological crisis prevention awareness, im- prove the psychological quality, and promote the healthy growth of students provides a strong guarantee. Teaching how to improve mental health, to achieve ＂processes and methods, knowledge and skills, attitudes and values,＂ the three-dimensional unified cur- riculum objectives, experience teaching theories provides an effective reference to resolve this problem.
