摘　　要：从分析职业教育学生学习能力与普通教育学生学习能力的共性和特殊性入手,确定职业教育学生学习能力的构成要素。依据职业教育人才培养目标和评价指标体系的构建原则,采用专家访谈、因素分解法、调查统计法、秩和运算法,建立一套符合职业教育特点,包括基本能力、综合能力、学习策略3个一级指标和19个二级指标的职业教育学生学习能力评价指标体系。The factors constituting students＇ learning ability of vocational education is identified by analyzing the generality and particularity of learning ability between vocational education students and general education students. According to the construction principle of talent cultivation objectives and evaluation indicator system of vocational education and by adopting to expert interviewing method, factorization method, investigation and statistical method and rank-sum operation method, an evaluation indicator system for learning ability of vocational education students can be established, which suits for the characteristics of vocational education and contains 3 first-grade indicators, that is basic ability, comprehensive ability and learning strategy, and 19 second-grade indicators.
