高校管理人员工作倦怠感与社会支持的关系研究

摘  要:目的:探讨高校管理人员工作倦怠感与社会支持的关系。方法:采用工作倦怠感量表和社会支持评估量表对四川省内普通高校的管理人员进行问卷调查。结果:①社会支持与工作倦怠各维度之间存在一定的相关性;②工作倦怠感中各维度在人口学特征上无显著性差异;③男性在主观支持上的分数显著低于女性(t=0.589,P〈0.01),青年在主观支持上的分数显著低于中年(t=-0.087,P〈0.01),中年在社会支持总分上的分数显著高于青年(t=-0.682,P〈0.01),已婚在客观支持上的分数显著高于未婚(t=0.682,P〈0.01);④主观支持对情绪衰竭有显著的预测作用,解释率为6.4%,社会支持总分对工作态度有显著的预测作用,解释率为14.8%,客观支持对低成就感有显著的预测作用,解释率为19.5%。结论:社会支持的各维度对工作倦怠各维度有负向预测作用,即提高高效管理人员的社会支持可降低工作倦怠程度。Objective:this study aims to probe into the relationship between the social support and job burnout, and research the relationship between each dimension. Methods: Maslach Burnout Inventory and Social Support Assessment Scale were applied to carry on a questionnaire survey among university ad- ministrative staff in Sichuan Province,which collects 102 valid questionnaires. Results:①Social support and job burnout exists a certain correlation between each dimension. ②There is no significant difference between the dimensions of job burnout in demographic characteristics. ③The subjective support score of men is significantly lower than that of women(t= 0. 589, P〈0.01), while the youth's is lower than that of the middle-aged(t=-0. 087, P〈0. 01). When concerned with the social support score,the middle-aged's is significantly higer than that of the youth(t= 0. 682, P〈0.01). Meanwhile, the objective sup port score of the married is lower than that of the unmarried(t=0. 682 ,P〈0. 01).④Subjective support predicts 6.4% of the emotional exhaustion,while the aggregate score of social support predicts 14.8% of the work attitude and objective support predicts 19.50% of the diminished personal accomplishment. Con clusion:each dimension of social support has negative prediction function on job burnout dimensions,which can reduce the degree of administrative staff's job burnout.
