摘　　要：作为高校教师,应特别注重情感因素在教学中的作用,运用情感激励来增强学生的学习积极性、建立和谐融洽的师生关系,从而提高教学效果.在高校教学中常用的激励方式主要是利用语言、期望、尊重以及教学活动本身的情感因素激励学生.而要想发挥好情感激励的作用,教师在教学中应做到热爱学生,善于运用教学艺术以及宽严有度.College teachers should pay particular attention to the role emotional factors in the teaching, the use of emotional motivation to enhance student learning initiative, the establishment of harmonious teacher-student relationship, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of teaching. Commonly used method in teaching is the use of language motivation, expectations, respect, and teaching activity itself emotional factors motivate students. And in order to play the role of a good emotional motivation, teachers should be done in teaching students to love, good use of teaching art, and less favorable in there.
