摘　　要：概率论与数理统计是大学数学课程中的重要组成部分,本文在实践教学的基础上,从教学内容、教学方法以及教学研究等几个方面对本课程的教学模式进行了探讨,从教学情况来看,收到了较好的教学效果.Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics is an important part of college mathematics curriculum, in this paper, on the basis of practical teaching, from teaching content, teaching methods and teaching research and other aspects to discuss the teaching model, from the teaching situation, received good teaching effect.
