摘　　要：大学生志愿活动在知识经济时代具有重要的价值合理性：有助于促进当代中国实现知识取代资本权威在社会中的主导地位,达至“知识和资本的交叉点”,全面实现以人为本；促进当代中国第四次社会大分工的顺利进行,引领社会更好地发展；促进社会整体实践“共生智慧”,使广大人民获得自由和幸福.Volunteering activities for college students in the era of knowledge economy is of great value： it can contribute to the promotion of knowledge of contemporary China replacing the authority of the capital＇s dominant position in society, and hit the ＂intersection of knowledge and capital＂, realize fully the people-oriented; and it can promote smooth progress of the Fourth Social Division of labor in contemporary China, leading the community to better development, and it can promote social practice as a whole of＂symbiotic intelligence＂, the majority of the people to freedom and happiness.
