摘 要:通过调查与分析百余名教学领导和专任教师,发现当下我国大学教学改革主体的利益关系不尽如人意,存有权力与利益分配不够合理、利益冲突突显、学生及用人单位的利益表达不畅、专任教师的利益满足度过低等不足。优化我国大学教学改革的利益生态,相关管理者需要树立师生利益需求优先满足的理念和构建有利于各方利益关系调谐的系列运作机制。On the basis of collecting and analyzing the opinions of more than a hundred of university leaders and teachers on diverse interest issues in teaching reforms, this author finds that the current interest ecology of China's universities teaching reform (TR) is unsatisfactory as it has such problems as inappropriate distribution pattern of power and interest, heightened interest conflicts, obstructed interest expressions by students and the staff, and the low level of satisfaction on the part of the faculty, etc. To optimize interest ecological of TR, relevant leaders need to have the idea of giving priority to meeting the students" and ordinary teachers" interest demands, and to construct a series of operating mechanism which are conducive to the fine-tuning of relation among all parties of interest.
