摘  要:通过查阅文献资料、访谈、综合分析等研究方法,对拓展素质训练与高校体育教学的关系进行探讨,揭示了拓展素质训练与高校体育教学具有相融性,将拓展素质训练融入高校体育教学具有可行性。而将拓展素质训练课程融入体育课课内外一体化的体育课程模式,构建一个以拓展素质训练为主线、三大拓展素质训练平台为基础、按年级分层次对学生进行系统的素质拓展教育的现代高校体育教学模式,将打造出具有自己学校特色的拓展训练课程体系。Through applying some research methods such as referring to the literature, interviews and comprehensive analyses, this paper probes the relationships between expanding quality training and physical education in universities, suggests that expanding quality training and the physical education in universities are compatible and putting the for- mer into the latter is feasible. Thus, it will establish an expanding training course system of characteristics in their own universities, if they put quality extension training courses into PE course model of integration of in-and-on class and construct a physical education model in modern universities which makes expanding quality training the main line and three platforms for expanding quality training the basis, and makes students accept systematic quality extension education according to different grades and levels.
