摘　　要：在半正定矩阵特征值的控制不等式基础上,利用奇异值和特征值之间的关系以及正规矩阵的特点,推导出正规矩阵奇异值的控制不等式,推广了有关文献的相关结论.In this paper,based on some eigenvalue singular majorization inequalities of normal matrices tionship between eigenvalue and singular value. The majorization inequalities of semi-definite matrices,we get some by using the characteristics of the normal matrix and the rela- note extends related results in previous literatures.
