摘 要:企业家隐性知识在代际之间有效转移是家族企业成功传承的关键。通过对企业家深入访谈和大量问卷,调查数据统计分析发现:诚信好学、企业家精神以及个体社会网络是需要转移的企业家隐性知识的3个主要内涵。其中企业家诚信好学和个体社会网络要素的代际转移对家族企业成功传承具有非常显著地正向影响;企业家诚信好学的转移对两代企业家交接班意愿都具有显著地正向影响。当两代企业家交接班意愿同时发生作用时,在任企业家的交班意愿会极为显著地影响成功传承,同时在任企业家交班意愿对诚信好学要素转移和成功传承之间存在完全中介效应,从而推动家族企业"家业长青"。The key to the successful generational passing down of family business lies in the generation-to-generation trans-fer of tacit knowledge of entrepreneurial factors that bring core competence to the business. In-depth interview and ex-tensive questionnaires are conducted to find that integrity and studiousness, enterprising spirit and personal relationsare three dimensions of tacit knowledge of entrepreneurial factors needed to be passed on. Among them, factors of in-tegrity and studiousness and personal relations are positively correlated with the successful passing down of family busi-ness; factors of integrity and studiousness is positively correlated with two generation's willingness to take over thebusiness. When two generations' willingness occurs spontaneously, incumbent enterpriser's willingness will have greatinfluence on successful delivery of business. At the same time, incumbent enterpriser's willingness has complete medi-ating effects on the relation between the following enterpriser with integrity and studiousness and successful businesstransfer, thus sustaining'ever blooming family citation'.
