摘　　要：为了培养学生的实践能力和创新意识,根据生物技术专业特点,对《生物技术综合实验》课程在教学内容和教学方法上,提出了改革措施。结合自身学科发展特点,优化课程体系、增删教学内容、完善实验考核方式,收到了较好的教学效果,提高了学生的动手操作能力。实践证明该门课程的改革符合独立学院培养学生的目标。In order to cultivate students＂ practical ability and innovation consciousness, reform measures were put forward with respect to the teaching contents and teaching methods on the course of Biological Technology Comprehensive Experiment in accordance with the characteristics of biotechnology specialty. With the curriculum system optimizing, teaching contents adding and deleting, as well as experiment evaluation methods improving, good teaching effectiveness obtained on the basis of their own development characteristics of subject, at the same time, students＇practical skills were improved. Practice proved that the reform of the curriculum met the goal of training students of independent colleges.
