摘　　要：遵义会议精神内涵丰富,意义重大。"坚定信念,勇往直前"是我们事业追求的精神支撑;敢于"坚持真理,修正错误",我们的事业才能兴旺发达;坚持和发扬"独立自主、大胆创新"的精神才有出路;"顾全大局、民主团结"的精神是我们事业的胜利之本。The connotation of Zunyi conference spirit is abundant and its significance is important. ＂Sticking to belief and go forward＂ is the spirit support in out pursuit of career; only when we dare to ＂stick to troth and correct our mistakes＂, can our career be prosperous; only when stick to and promote the spirit of ＂being independent and creative＂, can we think out solutions to problems; and the spirit of ＂considering the overall situation and being democratic and being united with each other＂ is the ultimate source of victory for our career.
