摘　　要：高校思想政治教育在教育理念、教育内容、教育方法和教育目标以及教育者素质等方面存在着一系列的问题,严重影响了思想政治教育的实效。思想政治教育者应以探寻思想政治教育中存在的问题为切入点,以分析影响思想政治教育效果的原因为基本思路,才能采取科学合理的对策,提高思想政治教育实效。This paper examined the problems with college ideological and political education in terms of philosophy, content, method, target and educators quality, which exerted great impact upon the instructional efficiency. It, therefore, suggested that a profound revelation of these factors help work out scientific measures to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher learning institutions.
