摘　　要：教育所培养的人才应该适应于未来的需要。无论科学技术发展多快,那些作为发明和发现的人所凭借的不外乎是培养了批判性思维能力,学会了怎样学习,造就了三项本领。这三项本领是:一曰基础打得好;二曰知识面宽,便于触类旁通;三曰工作能力强。因此,师生双方只要抓准这三个方面,培养出来的学生就可以适应将来的发展。Talents cultivated by education should be adapted to the needs ot the tuture. ~＇~o matter how last science ana technology develop, as the persons of inventions and discoveries, they rely on no more than three skills. First, they laid a good foundation. Secondly, they had a wide range of knowledge to comprehend by analogy easily. Third, they had a strong ability to work. So, both teachers and students, as long as they grasp these three aspects mentioned above, can students adapt to the development of the future.
