摘  要:公安文件检验工作中经常会遇到在纸张上先偷盖印章印文,然后再打印、复印文字即先朱后墨制成的假文件,判断文字与印文交叠部分的形成次序是确定文件真伪的关键。本项研究利用扫描电镜对常见的打印、复印文字与印油印文交叠时序进行综合研究,为文件朱墨时序的鉴别提供新的检验方法和手段。研究结果表明:实验的最佳观测电压为22 kV,根据交叠处的细部特征可以判断朱墨时序。先朱后墨,交叠处表面平整光滑,没有立体感,边界较规则,大孔洞数量较少、分布不均匀。先墨后朱,交叠处表面不平整,有立体感,边界不太规则,大孔洞数量明显增多、分布也较均匀。Simulated documents with seal impression covered with printing always appear in document detection work.Distinguishing the writing order at the intersecting place is crucial to judging the truth of document.Intersection lines sequence of printing,duplicating and seal impression were detected by SEM.Our result could provide a new method to detect the writing order of a document.The result showed that the best voltage for this experiment is 22 kV.The writing order can be detected according to the detail trait at the intersecting place.Seal impression covered with printing:The intersecting place looks smoothly,one-dimensional,and with a regular border and a few big holes unevenly appeared on it.Printing covered with seal impression:The intersecting place looks roughly,third-dimensional,with a irregular border and more big holes evenly appeared on it.
