摘 要:研究势的产生和运行机制的科学叫做势科学。在“势=差别÷距离=差别×联系”的科学定义基础上,势即梯度、即斜率、即导数(“即”表达推进到本质联系的极限过程)。重要的科学定律都是由导数或偏导数构建的方程,即势函数,即势科学;教育的本质是将不同的问题联系起来,文化是用统一的价值观将不同的人联系,即营造教育文化势;信息即负熵、即有序、即梯度、即势,所以,信息量与信息势是等价的。由此在信息层次上阐述了势科学理论的普适性机制。The science of research of production and operation mechanism of potential is called potential science. On the basis of the scientific definition that potential is equal to the difference divided by distance or to the difference times contact. Potential is gradient, and slope, namely derivative ( "namely" expression pushed into the limit of the essential relationship between process). Important scientific laws are made by derivative or partial derivative of building up the equation, namely the potenial function, or the potential science ; The nature of Education is to link different problems and culture is to contact different people with common value, namely to create education cultural potential; Information is negative entropy, the order, and gradient, namely potential, so, information and information potential are equivalent. Thus on the information level the paper expounds the mechanism of universality of potential theory mechanism.
