摘 要:几年来,我国中小学的远程研修的成功举办,为提高广大中小学教师的教学能力和水平做出了举足轻重的贡献,这期间也出现了一些不容忽视的问题,究其原因,主要是对远程研修者的学习特征分析不够充分。针对中小学远程研修者这一特殊群体,试从原有经验特征、学习动机特征、支持性特征、学习风格特征四个维度组建模型,来分析远程研修学习者特征,并且针对这些特征维度,有针对性地提出了研修建议。Over the past few years, the organization of the web-based training of the China's high and primary schools has made an important contribution to improve the teachers' teaching ability and knowledge level. But there have been some problems that can not be ignored in the training progress. The main reason is the inadequate of the analysis of the web-based learners learning characteristics. This paper tries to set Up the model from the four dimensions, such as the original experience, motivation, support, learning style, to analyze the characteristics of the web-based learners, and puts forward some training recommendations in due to the four dimensions.
