高职院校休闲旅游管理专业的现状及建设

摘　　要：相较于台湾,大陆高职院校休闲旅游管理专业在课程设计、师资队伍、实训基地等方面均存在较大差距,在人才的培养及输送上,已基本无法满足迅速发展的休闲旅游产业。基于此,借鉴台湾经验,提出可以通过基于当地人才需求及旅游资源进行课程设计,建设具有"双教"能力的师资队伍,政校企合作建设校内外实训基地,校校企合作联合培养人才等方式加强高职院校休闲旅游管理专业的建设。Compared with Taiwan, the specialty of leisure tourism management in China's Mainland has a bigger disparity in terms of curriculum design, teaching staff, and training base and so on. As far as the culti vation and output of talents are concerned, the specialty of leisure tourism management can not satisfy the de mand of the rapid development of leisure tourism industry. For the reasons above, we can use the teaching ex perience of Taiwan for reference and design the curriculum on the basis of the local talent demand and the tourism resources. In order to strengthen the construction of the specialty of leisure tourism management in vo cational colleges and universities, we should cultivate our teachers with both theoretical and practical abilities, establish inschool and outschool training bases through governmentuniversitycorporation cooperation and jointly train the talents in the way of the combination of universities and cornorations.
