灵璧县乡镇中学阳光体育运动实施现状及制约因素研究

摘　　要：对宿州市灵璧县乡镇中学阳光体育运动开展现状及制约因素进行了调查.结果表明:阳光体育运动中学生的每日锻炼时间不足,学生体质健康状况整体不佳、体育运动技能掌握不够等;学校场地器材欠缺、学生自身学习压力等因素制约了阳光体育运动的发展.提出建议如下:加大学校体育经费投入,增加体育设施;加强体育教师师资队伍建设;开展丰富多彩的校园体育活动;严格执行《体质健康标准测试》;增设校园心理咨询师等.This study made an investigation on the developing present situation and the restriction factors of Township Middle School in Lingbi County. The results showed that： the students were lack of daily exercise time of sunshine sports; the overall situation of physical health status was poor; the sports skills of students were not e- nough; schools were lack of facilities; students＇ learning pressure and other factors were restricting the develop- ment of sunshine sports. And suggestions as follows： to increase investment in PE funds and increase the sports fa- cilities ; strengthen the teaching staff construction of physical education teachers ; carry out rich and colorful campus sports; strict implementation of Physical Health Standard Test; add the school psychologist, and so on.
