摘　　要：随着经济社会发展,环境科学专业面临机遇和挑战,应用型人才培养模式势在必行。文章结合济南大学环境科学专业人才培养模式改革经验,从明确培养目标和方向、完善专业课程体系、改革教学方法、强化实践教学四个层面介绍了构建本专业应用型人才培养模式的具体举措。With economic and social development, environmental science facing opportunities and challenges, the application personnel training model is imperative. The author introduced the specific initiatives how to structure application personnel training model from setting clear training target and direction, improving professional curriculum, reforming teaching methods and strengthen practicing teaching four aspects, combined with reform experiences of personnel training mode of environmental science major in University of Jinan.
